Whenever election season comes political thikedars flee towards the people of respective constituencies with huge money.Faithful monitors adapted within our society have usually being supplied with money to distributes amongst votors belong to illiterate and poor class of our society.A poor man,who usually struggles for earning livelihood has been provided with huge money,food and wine in exchange of their valuable votes.Indian Parliament have during their fifty years past have taken no effort to make free and fair election or to hold purity in MAT DAN.Lenient punishment also prescribed in penal law for one,who intermingles unfair,unlawful and unjust mode to have the votes of public.Still we say ours' a purly democratic system in India.
